Convenience-Store Parcel Service
Launched a nationwide convenience-store parcel service on Kakao T (10M+ MAU), in partnership with Korea's two largest chains, CU and GS.
Real-Time Dispatch Platform
Rebuilt a food-delivery order-batching and dispatch engine from scratch in nine working days, cutting match time from minutes to near-zero and lowering delivery cost.
Paid-Search Automation at Scale
Built Google Ads automation that fed live inventory into 100M+ ads across 50M+ keywords for a global travel marketplace.
V2N — Voice to Notes
An iOS and watchOS app that turns speech into clean, structured notes. Live on the App Store.

About
Marketing instinct, engineering depth
I'm Younggyo Lee — an engineer who began in performance marketing and moved into software engineering.
At Farfetch I automated paid search across global markets. When the tooling I needed for Naver didn't exist, I started building my own — and that pulled me fully into engineering.
Since then I've led backend teams at Kakaomobility, rebuilt dispatch systems at Doeat, and shipped products end to end. YL Works brings that combination of marketing insight and engineering depth to the people I work with.
